Programs and Options

The following total wellness programs and options are available:

  • TONE (The Only Needed Exercise) -A group class around 4 clients, working with a personal trainer. The training sessions are 3 times a week as a group session for total of 4 weeks. Program design is to build muscular strength , cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. A balanced nutrition program with ongoing lifestyle coaching is also an integral part of this class. You will learn efficient and effective workout routines, encouraging you to be a self starter and generate for yourself, a comprehensive and healthy lifestyle.

  • Synergy- A comprehensive personal training program offering one on one training monthly or more often if desired by the client, balancing nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, Resistance training (i.e. lifting weights, core stability, and stretching).

  • Anew Mix- a fitness option offering 2 times a week with a personal trainer, and any fitness class package at 20% off. Fee for personal traoining is $65.00 and fitness classes are $15.00 per class and 20% off.

sooki.yg.2.jpgSooki Jalali is the owner and founder of Anew Wellness Center and Spa, Anew Vitality Studios Inc., and co-founder of Long Lake Family Dentistry PA. Sooki is a Certified Chopra Center Yoga Instructor, and specializes in the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga since Aug. of 2005.

Sooki dicovered yoga 8 years ago as a integral and desired routine that kept her grounded and enhanced her health and fitness goals.

After 18 years of performing the healing arts of dentistry, she suffered from many head and neck pains, and her body becoming distorted. Through diligent practice of yoga, she discovered her aches and pains suddenly disappearing. She felt a natural calling to go beyond oral health and provide total wellness-- integrating the mind, body, and soul, and committed the rest of her life to providing a comprehensive wellness service. Thus, Anew Wellness Center and Spa came to being, as did Anew Vitality Studios, in April of 2005.

Just as Sooki prepared for the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success exam in August 2004, she saw Deepak passing by. He stopped and asked, "Do you enjoy this program?" She responded, "I totally love it and am confident that this program is comprehensive and complete."

Deepak asked further, " What will you plan to do with your teachers certificate?" To which Sooki replied," I wish you would open a wellness center in Minneapolis, and I will teach yoga there." He simply responded, "Then you should open this wellness center yourself!" In true SynchroDestiny fashion, Sooki opened her studio within six months.
